General Manager m/f for an outstanding Private Island Resort in the Caribbean
For a outstanding Privat Island Resort in the Caribbean, we are looking for a General Manager m/f who has already experience in top luxury resorts in remote destinations.
We are looking for dynamic general manager with hands on mentality and strong leadership skills. The job responsibilites are as follows:
Key responsibilities will include:
Strategic
· Develop and manage the commercial and operational strategy for the Resort to drive optimal performance and achieve financial and other business targets.
Ensure that annual business plans and targets are documented and well-communicated.
· Ensure stringent compliance to the Resort’s concept ideology & brand strategy.
· Maintain effective relationships with the owners, customers and suppliers.
Commercial
· Fully understand the market needs for the Resort. Review industry and other relevant trends to identify potential areas for improvement, innovation or differentiation.
· Analyse revenue generation trends of the Resort to identify critical areas for revenue generation enhancement.
Financial
· Establish clear accountabilities for profit and growth with all operational teams, and contributions in expense management for all support functions.
· Ensure the Resort management team maximises productivity and efficiencies, following company guidelines and complying with local legislation.
